Mary has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare supply chain with the last 15 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has worked as a Supply Chain director in large and small systems and served as a corporate team member for 4 years before becoming a Consultant with FRG, Financial Resource Group. Her focus as the Director of Supply Chain for FRG has been to help organizations improve Supply Chain operations as well as providing interim leadership. Healthcare Supply Chain has never been more vital to the success of our industry than now. The many pressures facing our industry require us, as Supply Chain professionals to provide leadership and insight into opportunities to increase efficiencies.
