Judith Ramos
Judith Ramos is a transformational healthcare executive with over a decade of leadership experience at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she currently serves as a Project Manager in the Supply Chain department. Known for her strategic vision and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, Judith leads complex projects spanning process optimization, operational efficiency, facility redesign, and supply standardization.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), and a certified Project Manager - Lean Process Certified (PM-LPC). She is also a graduate of the Clinical Safety & Effectiveness Program (CS&E) at UT Southwestern, a prestigious program that strengthens leaders in driving high-impact quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the healthcare system.
As the Communication and Social Media Chair for North Texas AHRMM, Judith is passionate about strengthening professional engagement, promoting industry knowledge, and amplifying the voices and innovations of supply chain leaders across the region.
She also serves on AHRMM’s National Education Committee, is Chair of the Hispanic Latino BRG at UT Southwestern, and holds leadership roles in multiple professional and community organizations, including Onboarding Liaison for the Member Engagement Committee of the NALHE DFW Chapter, Chair-Elect of the Tyler Hispanic Business Alliance, and Community Outreach Officer for Pegasus Contemporary Ballet.
Bilingual and purpose-driven, Judith is dedicated to advancing healthcare supply chain excellence while fostering connection, collaboration, and equity across the field.
